Required Documents for Admission
The following documents are required at the time of registration:
Document Type	Details
Birth Certificate	One photocopy from a civic body for age proof
Parent's ID Proof	One photocopy of either parent’s ID proof
Child’s Photographs	Two passport-size photographs
Parent’s Photographs	One passport-size photograph of both Father & Mother
Medical Certificate	One copy of the child’s medical certificate (Optional)
Bank Passbook	Photocopy of parent’s bank passbook
Aadhar Card	Photocopy of the child's Aadhar Card
Samagra ID	As per state norms
Note: If the child has any health problems, please inform the school.
